Moon River Construction started as a passion project between friends with a shared interest in real estate and design. From flipping our first house and selling it within 24 hours, we’ve grown into a team dedicated to remodeling homes to the highest standards. Our focus isn’t just on making a quick buck; we believe in creating beautiful, functional spaces that our clients will love for years to come.
OUR PROCESS
At Moon River Construction, we take pride in our meticulous approach to remodeling. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us:
- Consultation: Each time we meet with a new client our goal is to understand the overall vision. We have learned that everyone has a unique view of how they want a home to look and feel. Our goal to understand that view and collaborate each step of the way to achieve that vision.
- Design: Our homes highlight clean design with warm, modern accents. We use local businesses to source our fixtures and furnishings. Our objective is to create a comfortable home atmosphere to serve as a background to your family “home.”
- Execution: We are a small local business with the highest quality craftsmen contractors. Our advantage over larger construction companies is the ability to communicate daily with our team. We are constantly evaluating the design and construction process to ensure the highest quality product. We encourage client involvement with every step of the project.
- Finishing Touches: After completing a home renovation project, it can be difficult to understand how the home should be drawn together. Our team can craft a unique design for each home to match a homeowner’s personal aesthetic. We have assisted clients within their own homes as well as provided service to short term rental owners looking to stage rental units. We take pride in finishing each project with chic fixtures and home worthy furnishings.
- Review: We conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand by our work with pride.
We have completed 7 projects in our first year of operation (2024). For a complete home renovation our process is taking anywhere from 12 to 20 weeks. Additionally, we have contracted with homeowners on smaller scale projects. These include flooring replacement, new room renovation, home patio design and construction and more.
